Welcome to the online gallery for BYAmar'j Studios ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this gallery and any images, downloads, or services provided through it. By entering the gallery, viewing images, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Ownership & Copyright:

All photographs in this gallery are the exclusive property of BYAmarj Studios.

  • You do not own the copyright to any image unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • You may not screenshot, crop out watermarks, edit, filter, or alter photos in any way without permission.

  • Unauthorized use - including printing without purchase - is STRICTLY prohibited.

  1. Personal Use License:

When you purchase digital downloads you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license, which allows you to:

  • Save images for personal use.

  • Share on social media (credit appreciated but not required).

  • Print for personal use.

You may not use the images for commercial, promotional, resale, or business purposes unless a commercial license is purchased.

  1. Print Products & Quality:

We partner with professional print labs to deliver high-quality products. Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly between screen and print due to calibration differences.

  • Once a product is ordered, all sales are final.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the print lab or shipping carriers.

If product arrives damages, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number for assistance.

  1. Digital Downloads:

All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Once images are downloaded you are responsible for storing and backing them up. We do not guarantee long-term archival storage once the gallery expires.

  1. Gallery Access:

Each gallery includes:

  • A private link.

  • Optional password protection.

  • Optional download PIN for paid packages.

  1. Payment & Fees:

Purchasing prints, downloads, or products constitutes agreement to all listed prices.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • Taxes and shipping fees apply where required.

  • No refunds on digital images or custom photo products.

  1. Prohibited Actions:

Users agree NOT to:

  • Remove watermarks.

  • Re-edit or artificially modify images.

  • Use images for advertisements without permission.

  • Redistribute or sell any photographs.

  • Claim the work as their own.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

  1. Client Responsibilities:

You agree to:

  • Review orders carefully before submitting.

  • Ensure correct email, shipping address, and file downloads.

  • Download your photos before the gallery expires.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

BYAmar'j Studios is not liable for:

  • Loss of images after gallery expiration.

  • Damage caused by user error.

  • Printing done outside of our printing providers.

  • Any third-party issues (labs, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  1. Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the gallery constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
